I work with leadership teams in education at the point where a decision is already being discussed and its consequences cannot be reversed without loss.

I do not provide quick advice, recommendations, or evaluations. This work starts when there is internal doubt about the chosen course and the price of a wrong decision is already clear.

My background includes leading CIS accreditation processes, working inside complex school systems, and supporting leadership teams through moments of institutional change.
